At the core of our narrative lies the pursuit of holistic well-being and self actualization. Our introduction to Kemetic Yoga, an ancient practice rooted in African wisdom, marked the inception of this transformative journey. This pivotal moment unfolded against the challenging backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, during a time of profound introspection and a deep yearning to realize our utmost potential—within the realm of self-care. Kemetic Yoga emerged as an anchor, affirming our commitment to honoring self.

Simultaneously, the exploration of Embodied movement revealed the potency of movement as a conduit for forging a deep connection with both the body and our breath. This amalgamation of self-discovery, ancient wisdom, and the transformative power of movement served as the inspiration for the creation of Kemetic Flow.

Natasha Eck is a multifaceted individual with expertise as a trained dancer, Kemetic Yoga practitioner, and educator, she has spent over a decade creating and leading movement workshops and programs for various organizations across Canada. Her passion lies in guiding students to harness the transformative power of intentional movement.

As the visionary founder of Kemetic Flow, she is dedicated to making holistic wellness accessible through the practice of Kemetic Yoga and embodied movement. Natasha holds a Yoga Alliance 200-hour RYT Certification lead by Master teacher Yirser Ra Hotep of YogaSkills.
